上癮 is addict to something or someone(usually means fall in love with someone) it's verb here. 上"了你"癮,the usage is like stood up in English ,stood "somebody" up . The second word means past perfect continuous tense. The third word 你, it's you. 上癮 this phrase is adj usually. but in this song .it transform to verb.
