I used to have a theory a looooooooooong time ago with this evidence: Shaco, anagram for Chaos which starts with C, like: Coulrophobia, fear for clowns. Fiddlesticks starts with F, like: Formidophobia, fear for fear (and objects that are meant to fear or bring a bad omen like a scarecrows or ravens etc.). Nocturne starts with N, like: Nyctophobia, fear of the dark. All of these linked by a mechanic (back then) unique to this trio: "Fear". I speculated they might be from a "nightmare realm" of some sorts.

I actually prefer fiddle the way he is now, I saw in some lore video he is an ancient being of which warnings spoke of, which turned into legends, legends into myths, and myths into children's scary stories. There is such a big mystery to fiddle, you know there's some kind of demon in there, but it can't be explained what he wants, or why he wants it or even if he wants. Shrouded in mystery can be a good thing.

I think these demon champs are each based on the seven deadly sins. Tahm Kench feeds off gluttony, Evelynn feeds off lust, Shaco probably has something to do with wrath, Nocturne feeds off sloth, and Fiddlesticks is probably greed because of the amulet in the story. I really like the idea of the seven deadly sins and I hope Riot develops on this idea when the champs are reworked.

They should add random scarecrows on the summoners rift in games fiddle is in to give that sense of horror... Either just at random or make it a part of his passive, it would add to his horror element and game play. Like you're going through the jungle and you come across a scarecrow. Is it fiddle or is it not him? So you approach hesitantly and you cant attack it, its just a normal scarecrow, and you sigh in relief. A few minutea later you come across another one and you're a little emboldened or you ignore him and bam you get hit with the fear and get burst down.

I think that Fiddlestick is a demon to a manifestation of madness. Fiddle is strong when he ults unexpected makeing teamfight a pure chaos. About Shaco I think that just like you said in the video he is a manifestation of fear. It's obvious becouse his trap give you fear effect. Someone can say that Fiddlestick have's fear too but when you see him you expect to get feared in trade. With Shaco is diffrent. Chillin in jungle? BOOM fear dagger backstab and "An ally has been slain" .
