今回お話をいただいて浮かんだ歌のテーマは、毎日帰る「家」という場所だったり、心のよりどころとしての「家族」という存在…どちらをも含めた「HOME」でした。
とくに心のなかの「家族」という場所は、血の繋がりの有無は関係なく、そして大人になってからでも育っていくものだろうと信じて、歌を作りました。
2019年の秋に完成した曲でしたが、2020年7月、コロナ禍を通して去年よりもこのことを実感しています。

Few months before my brother passed away I found this song on spotify. Whenever I played this song it warms my heart. Back then my brother couldn't go out and stayed at home all day because he was ill. He's a kind of person who always hanging out with his friends. When his situation getting worse he always stay at home. You know, wherever you go, home is the only place where you belong. You'll always return to your family, your home. This song always reminds me about him.

I want to thank you for this song ❤. I'm from Ukraine 💛💙. All this time, since February 24, 2022, I have been staying at Home in Kyiv. The warm voice, music and lyrics of this song warm my heart. It soothes and gives peace within when there is no peace outside. It helps me to survive and mentally hold on during these months. Both the home and relationships with people have become even more important than they have ever been in life. Between life and death, new desires and dreams are born. I would really like to visit Japan at least once, touch its society, nature and culture. It gives such a variety and mixture of styles. In May there were rocket attacks on Kyiv almost every night. We don't sleep well. And in the morning we need to go to the offices. And continue to live. And so every day. What changed? We began to love and appreciate life even more than before. And even less afraid of death. It seems that these are opposite words, but, in fact, they are about the same thing. To love life is not to cling to it. To love life is to drink it like good expensive wine, savoring its taste, enjoying every sip. I come to Kyiv to the office from the suburbs from a beautiful village in the morning 1.5 hours earlier. And if beforehand I went to work and could sort out the documents and drink tea, now I want to have time to see my beloved Kyiv. Beautiful. Flowering. Green. During these 2 months, chestnuts, white acacia, lilac, tea rose, linden blossomed in it. I do not reach the office in 10 minutes, arriving in the city, as before, I walk in comfortable shoes along the hills of Pechersk immersed in greenery, stop near what is beautiful, and breathe in the scent of tea rose, lilac or white acacia ... I touch their flowers and leaves. And I understand that this is important in life. We seem to be in a hurry to have time to live, to enjoy life. Because every morning can be the last. And we are even less afraid of death. We are tired of being afraid of it every hour, every minute.We have become free from fear. During missile attacks, we can go down to the basement, only when hypersonic ones are flying (the flight time to Kyiv is 5-6 minutes). They are hard to knock down.We don't even react to the rest. And most of all, we feel sorry for those places, houses that were lost in the war, there were old family photographs that we could not take from there But we know that no one will take away our memories from those photos. This war will remain in the history of mankind as a war of those who fought for their freedom against those who fought for their own slavery, which they wanted to impose on others.
