I rediscovered this album 'Electric Warrior' by T.Rex recently and thought a cover of this song would be nice!
The song was originally released in 1971 and recorded by Steve Currie.

This is great, Alice. It's wonderful to hear Steve Currie's bass line out front. He added so much to the T.Rex sound, as his playing had such a melodic sensibility, for which he's never been given proper credit.

I first heard this track about 1973, I was 13. Great to see and hear you play that, Alice. As a proper boomer 😇, I'd say your cover is an excellent tribute to a song that's still in my heart. I loved T.Rex back in the day.
