On average Trex arms were as long as human arms not too long but also not too short so ya Trexs arms aren’t the shortest of all dinosaurs however I find both him spinosaur two of my favorites

If you want them cheap get Hammond collection they are almost the same but with different colors the Hammond collection is 7x cheaper and has the same movement but the tail has less ball joints

it is a lot of work to 3D model the figure, engineer the joints, obtain material, print material and maintain 3D printers, create prototypes that may fail and need improvements, and finally create a suitable final product. The first few versions will cost more, but you should not expect a major drop in price for improved versions. It is a lot of work, and the creator needs to make it wort creatong the figure. Larger, established companies cut corners and mass produce through foreign factories. In order for a small company to get to the point ofass production, they have offer products at the cost of their time, labor, and material expense. When you be do all the work yourself, you can see why they cost so much, which is why I tell people try learning 3D modeling themselves, engineering joints, buying a printer, and try making the figure themselves, then come back and see if they want to offer the figure for $80
