Yes you can definitely manage the rest of the fees if you work hard and save money. Well for getting PR, UTAS is definitely a good option as its regional. But I am not sure if your subject is in the skilled occupation list, as far as I know this subject is not in the skilled occupation list, thus you might face some problems in the future for getting PR. But i am not 100% sure please do your own research.

If your parents can atleast give you 50% of your tuition fee and first 2months living expense. Then you can come here. It will take a while to get a job but if you look with your 100% effort then you will get it and you can manage the rest 50% of your fees. If your parents cant give you 50% fee then i would suggest to not come here as there are less jobs here

Yes you can. But you cant downgrade your course, like you cant go from bachelors at utas to diploma in any institute. If you come for bachelors at UTAS then you will have to do bachelors at the institute as well

Compared to main cities ofcourse less job opportunities. But there are jobs, if you look properly you will get jobs but it might take upto 2/3months to get your first job. Wages are usually between 23-30$ an hour, so you gotta multiply that with the amount of hours you are working per week. I dont know about the living cost for 3 people. But spend around 300-400$ per week for my living expense. So for 1 person the living cost would be around 300-400$ per week

Brother I am planning on doing MBA from Tasmania. I can manage 1 year tuition fee and extra 2-3 month expenses like 5k AUD (I'm not aware of the expenses) Is it manageable since dorm fees are a bit high and as you said finding a single job is tough? If your degree is 2years and you bring 1 years tuition fee then yes you can manage the rest if you work hard save money as much as you can. But I would suggest you to not live in dorms for long term as its very expensive, short term is okay but long term in dorm is quite expensive. Well compared to sydney/Melbourne there are less jobs here both part time and professional but that doesn’t mean that theres no jobs, there are jobs but a bit less comparatively.

If you work 24hours per week legally during semester and full time during vacations, then maximum you can contribute 50% of the fees. So just 1st semester er fee anle hobena, apnar 1.5years er fee ante hobe. Weekly living cost is around 300-400AUD per year, and you will earn around 550-650AUD per week. Jobs ache but ektu kom ,so time job lage paite. 30k dite parben naki depend kore on how much money you are able to save up
