After more than 1 year of using Epson L120, yes i could say it performs well, but if you can afford a Bigger Printer that can accommodate larger Size of paper that would be better if you will use it for printing Designs....I think almost all Brand of Inkjet Printer nowadays are of Good Quality and can be use in printing Designs....after knowing the Pros and Cons of Epson L120, Yes I will still recommend it......:)

Thank you Lord of Silkprint, I love your style !!! Merci beaucoup !!! Easy and fast methods. Just one thing, how do you remove water based ink from your frame? How your ink is not drying into the mesh? After 30 minutes, my ink becomes sticky, kind of head by the friction of the squeege and i need to mix it again with some fresh ink to "rehydrate" it. In the other hand, if I not mixed up the ink with a catalyser, the ink is not fixed correctly. Any suggestion ? Thank you gain, you kill it !

I remove/wash water based ink from Screen using Foam and Water....you can always wash your screen stencil if you see that paint is beginning to dry and start printing again.....water based-paints dry faster if surrounding is Hot, so its better to do the printing during morning or early evening and if its cold in your area you will have no problem...there's also a chemical being added to paints to prolong the Drying time, just ask your local supplier....good luck....:)

Before Plastisol ink came out of the Market Most of the Textile Paints Available Doesn't need heat Curing, and the Textile Paints here in the Philippines are like that, although PLASTISOL INKS are now available, Most Screen Printers here used the Traditional PAINTS that doesn't need heat Curing to Dry....:)

I'm sure you can still find Textile Paints that does not require heat curing, just ask your local Supplier. For Dri-fit we used Rubberized Paints and it doesn't need Heat Curing.:)

Look for Water-based Textile paints...sa Water based kasi pagkatapos mong gamitin ang Screen Hugasan mo na kaagad ng tubig para mawala ang mga Paints sa Screen at kung may natira mang Stains ginagamitan ko ng Screen Opener para mawala ang Stains...www.permaset.com/collections/frontpage, maybe pwede alternative ito or you can search for other Brand that sells Water-Based Textile paints...

Kalimitan pong ginagawa ko e nag pi-print ako ng actual size sa typewriting tapos tinatanong ko sa customer kung ok na size, pag nag ok po sila yun ang size na gagamitin ko, sa mga Name sa likod po kalimitang ginagamit ay 2 inches ang Taas, sa Numbers naman ay 7 o 7 1/2 inches, sa Pocket logo naman ay 2.5 to 3 inches. Sa katagalan na po ay nakakabisado na Yung magandang SIZE na gamitin, pero wala naman pong STANDARD siyempre customer pa rin ang masusunod pewera na lang kung IPAUBAYA ng Customer ang SIZES ng design sa inyo...tnx for watching!:)

Yun pong nabibiling Sensitizer sa Tulco Liquid po, ihahalo na lang sa Emulsion, mga 30 minutes ang pagpapatuyo ng Emulsion gamit ang Electric Fan, yung pagdudugtong sa Positive nilalagyan ko L-mark yung corners ng Positive pag print sa typewriting at yun ang pinagtatapat-tapat pag inaayos ko na yung Posive sa Screen, kailangan mo matutunan yung pag-TILE ng positive gamit na gamit kasi ito pag malaki ang design...:)

Currently using sir ng number paper stencils, white paint on black shirt. Kailangan two coats para hindi makita yung fibers. Ang problem ko ay every use ay sponge scrub lagi ako kasi madikit na masyado yung papel. May advice ka ba sir? 82 shirts po ito

Yung Iba naghahalo ng Binder para lumabnaw ang Superwhite baka mag-work sa yo...pwede rin 50% superwhite and 50% wetlook para mas smooth ang Paint at mas matagal din matuyo....

Dapat malambot ang Platen para hind lumusot ang paint. pag matigas kasi ang Platen na pu-push masyado ng Squeegee ang paint kaya pati sa T-shirt lumulubog...nakakatulong din ang Soft Platten para pantay ang hagod kaya even ang distribution ng paint sa Surface...

Hindi ba madaling matuyo ang screen gamit ang 100 mesh kesa sa ordinary silk lang? Anu ang advantage ng 100 mesh?

Ideal po 100 Mesh sa Water-based Paints dahil medyo malalaki pa ang butas nito kaysa 120 Mesh or Higher....Mabilis din matuyo ang Paint pag mainit ang Panahon, Subukan nyo pong Magtatak pag-maulan, o sa Gabi, mapapansin syo na mas matagal magbara ang Screen...saka dapat mabilis ang kilos dahil mabilis makatuyo ng SCREEN pag NABABAKANTE ang Screen in Between Prints...iwasan din po nyo mahanginan ang Screen habang nagtatatak (wag magtutok ng Electric Fan)....
