If you saw this ad, when a beat cop lost his legs in accident, he was airlifted to Chicago top hospital, given top of the line prosthetics, and rehabilitated all on govt expenses. What happens when Indian policeman like SI or even inspector loses his leg? He's discarded and his family is preyed upon by Seth Gs. Also Dubai policeman, even a constable rank gets middle class pay. In India, a constable has to supplement his income with bribes to be able to run a family. And Dubai is an absolute monarchy. India is a party politics system. In party politics, politicians who got to power stroking religious sentiment use the police as their personal gangsters and if cop refuses, he's relocated to some backwater dump without water. If you want Indian police to behave like Dubai police, kindly ensure Indian cops are given same perks and pay as Dubai cops.
