美國人Peter17年前來到日本，隱居在與世隔絕的富山縣鄉下，經營著一間只有八個人的手工玻璃工坊。他的玻璃器皿兼具了日式柔美和美國工業風的硬朗，他也成了最搶手的日本職人之一，有的訂單甚至要等兩年！他自己蓋房子、造熔爐，過著日出而作日落而息的生活。
American Peter came to Japan 17 years ago. He now lives in seclusion in the countryside of Toyama and runs a glass program with only 8 stuff. His glass works have a mixed style of Japanese grace and American toughness. Currently he’s one of the most popular glass workers in Japan. Sometimes people have to wait for two years to get the final product from him. He builds house and furnace by himself, leading a regular life.
