Lovely to see Norway again. When we went they were diving from that roof for a red bull diving challenge. We went to a different parkrun but that looked nice too. Everyone so friendly, The botanical gardens were good! Tak for sharing.

Miss Poppy was highly entertaining! (She seems noticeably taller each parkrun...I'd say growing like a weed but like a poppy is more appropriate) The sights were amazing...opera house....water.....sculptures etc. I've never been to Norway...it looks awesome! Thanks for another great running adventure Miss Nicola!

Oh my goodness I love that! She's growing like a Poppy! 🌺 Yes I must admit that I didn't think I was a fan of city breaks but I can't recommend Oslo highly enough! Or Norway I'm fact, it's an incredibly beautiful country! But not kind to your wallet! 😳🤣

Great video Nicola, never been to Norway, but it looks super. The opera house was fantastic, and as for the Park Run weather gods - sunshine and blue skies to rain and snow, back to sunshine - that's some luck that you could never a-fjord

Lovely video as ever. 'Tarpaulin of trust' love it Opera House looks awesome & Oslo fjord similarly. Was that one of Poppy's best sprint finishes ever, looked pretty impressive :) Toyen looks like quite a testing course doing that hill four times

Oslo was epic and I really fell in love with the Opera House! Yes the whole of the last lap Poppy just zoomed off! I don't know what happened?! Not an easy course that's for sure but it got hillier on Monday! ⛰️

Yes can’t wait! We are driving from uk and are doing Festingen parkrun that’s further north in Kristiansten! Then we go right to the top hopefully and back down through Sweden and parkrun in Broparken in umea! My wife is doing her 250 parkrun there!! I enjoy trail running also! Take care, Nigel and Julie

Looks like a great experience to parkrun in Norway. I'd get a bit confused language-wise because Tak means Yes in Polish but Thank You in Norwegian/Danish/Swedish

Thank you is "takk" in Norwegian - the "a" sound is shorter, and there's much more emphasis on the "k" sound at the end (which is why it's doubled up) when compared to the Polish yes/"tak". Thank you in Swedish is "tack", it's only in Danish that it's "tak" with a single k.

Yes, stupidly so! 😳😳😳 Apparently the pound is strong ATM but as it was our first visit then it still hurt my wallet 🤣
