One of the best presentations of SE I’ve ever seen. Instead of the usual ‘We burned them to the ground and pwnd them!’, he provided a realistic picture of the industry, how to get into it, the proper mindset/skills to have and the ethics of how to conduct yourself. This presentation applies to noobs as well as experienced SE’s.
