so i played a game in my E4 after a month or 2 of not playing it and i get 2nd MOE in a pretty average game. this just made me so much more confused on how MOEs work

Your results the last 100 games in this tank (dmg+assist) compites with guys that played this tank the last 2 weeks, thats all. Thats why sometimes you need 4k for 3 marks, sometimes only 3,8k dmg and so on.
