pugetsoundexpr... - On June 3, 2023 we witnessed the T124A family of Bigg's/transient orcas making a mad dash through the strong tidal currents of Deception Pass. According to Orca Behavior Institute, they ended up traveling nearly 60 miles! Video by Naturalist Emily Calkins on our Port Townsend All-Day Whale Watching Tour.
