Virat kohli is good in chasing normal t20 totals. But in a flat pitch where explosive batters score a 30 ball hundred, he can't do that. Man himself admitted he can't hit sixes as well others, but can find gaps. In a large ground a good fielding setup can contain him to an extent from exploding in t20s.

Kohli honestly is not that kind of a player he is still more of an odi and test player than a t20 ....but he still has a great t20 record be it in bilaterals or icc events but with the game rapidly evolving and fearless batters scorinh at blistering rate virat does seem pale in comparison but do to those sort of things we have other playars like Dube sky or rohith himself who need to take that responsibility virat kohli will hold the innings together and will be instrumental especially in chasing targets but concern is when india bats first....its best if virat gets out right after the powerplay
