T71 IEM and Qudelix T71 USB DAC

I have invested in the whole set as soon as it (finally) came out a couple months ago. This is my 100% daily driver at the desktop for not listening to music. I use it for movies and gaming and just overall all activity where I'll keep my iems on. The tunning is horrendous for music listening it's sooooooo dark and almost lifeless (not like dark warm). But in any I can't stop using it for everything else. And the T71 DAC has become my main DAC for everything else, it works great portably and has a great battery but I still take the Q5K just for the size factor. The QC and build quality from this company is phenomenal and the price/quality ratio of their thing is a big plus. I totally trust the guys at Qudelix and they are super responsive on the forum! Thanks for shedding some lights on their stuff Jay.

I think this is key. It's am AMAZING content consumption pairing, and the point is you have to EQ it to get to where you want.

Great mini review of obviously complex products, not for me though. No Bluetooth and having an iem set that has to be married to an expensive USB/DAC is a multi deal breaker for me. Keep the great reviews coming coming my friend.

BTR17 is the way. Just wait 2 weeks for firmware updates. Kinda unstable right now in its first week out.

@@fiddlix Ahh, The Q15. I really wanted that because of the AKM chip duo but the thing was just too big for my use case (an actually portable bluetooth unit) So I had gone from the Qudelix 5k > BTR7 > BTR17.

@ It sounds like the BTR17 has many of the same sound qualities as the Q15. I’m definitely getting the BTR17..! I went BTR7 to the Q15.

@@Jaytiss thanks brother! I've had my eye on the t71 for ages but was holding off until I saw a reviewer I trust get a hold of it. I've been eyeing the Aful Cantor's or Supernovas as well! looking for something natural, great for female vocals with great soundstage and imaging. thoughts?

Lost me with the IEM the second you said the cable isnt swappable. But the dac us great
