His jab is only a 12 frame but he has a 10 frame F2. His DF2 is a standard 15 frame. Could be wrong but pretty sure his DB2 is a 12 frame low. I'm still new at Tekken but I'm trying to main Jack and I feel he looks slower then he actually is.
