Pros play Feng so boringly. He has so much cool shit and all they do is use the same 3 boring pokes and have no idea how to use his heat

At higher level, those few moves are only viable because they are safe, even though it gives less damage, you will knee won't even use db3 as a main low if db3 is blocked 99% of the characters in the game can launch punish it, giving the opponent huge damage opportunity for using a low damage low poke, so knee will use d2 as a low poke, a slower but comparatively safer low poke
