I have very bad experience, I buy online X96Q smart tv Android device in 5200 pkr 3 month ago, but device not working well by day first, I complaint many times their WhatsApp but they do not reply well, after 3 month I go to lahore their Latif center gulbarg branch and complaint again, they check device and tell me required software update they take 3 days to fix, after 3 days they call me and ask to pay 3500 pkr more to fix device motherboard is dead, I request all friends don't buy fake products of this company, their dealing is not good after buying the product, thanks
