Travelling Allowance or “TA” means the allowance for accommodation, meals and incidental expenses paid to an employee who is directed to travel on official business by his or her controlling officer. No, Outsource employee is entitled for daily allowance of minimum rates i.e. Rs. 130/- or entitlement for category E

A G.S. starts his journey of 50km at 6:30a.m. on 11.06.2023 and reached at his destination place at 10:a.m.on the same day. He relieves at 5:00 p.m.on 17.06.2023 and comes back to his H.Q. at 8:30 p.m. Kindly suggest that how his D.A. can be calculated @160/- enhanced rate and @72/- ordinary rate per day.

Sir in case govt. Employee stay period is more than journey period.... Means that he stayed at RH 5 Hours and his journey period is 3 Hours then in this scenario what will he get? 70% da on enhance rate or 70% da on normal rate? Sir kindly reply my query...🙏🏻🙏🏻

Last one question sir.... 11.01.2023 ko 02:00 PM par chala aur 08:00 PM par dharamshala phuncha means 6 hours journey period.... And 08:00 PM to 12:00 PM halt par tha.... Toh sir esme 70% ka bifurcate nhi ho skta kya?

Sir agar journey 2 hours hai... Par 3 din wo stay kar raha hai waha. 3 din ke baad wo wapis hq aa rha hai.. 2 hours ka use sirf bus fare hi milega yaa fir sath me 70%DA bhi milega kya... Maan lo uski Exam duty lagi hai 4 din..
