As Salaamu Alaykum! At Un.of Michigan, decades ago, I had classes with African & Arab immigrants! They would be accused of CHEATING on exams, because their answers were VERBATIM from Textbooks! I told Prof., “!The poor Students had 1-2 BOOKS for entire class! Therefore MEMORIZATION was PART of CULTURE /Survival , so other kids learned! Prof. didn’t BELIEVE me/Students ( Always white Amerikkkan ) , exams given AGAIN , SAME EXCELLENT results! 😅👍🏾👊🏾😎 Of course we Americans did NOT DO as WELL! But I did a little Better, because LEARNED how to SURVIVE outdoors/Hunt wit Dad ( W.W. II -NavyvSeaBee ) , so it was LEARN FAST , REMEMBER & ADAPT or DIE !
