If you are talking about the main riff part is pretty easy. You use your middle and ring finger to mute the other strings so you are only playing the 2 strings you are pressing

@@andreavicelli3355 It's going to be an inverted power chord (the 5th is on the low E, while the root is on A... he also adds another 5th on the D string). It's a psychoacoustic effect wherein even though there is no bottom A string, the chords sound like they have a lower root note. Gojira uses this a lot. It makes sense that people would have differing opinions on the tuning between E standard and Drop A since there isn't a lot of playing that takes place between the bottom strings for it to matter. Plus, the bassist could always play the root notes on those chords.
