He might’ve been underrated but, he definitely was not an unsuccessful actor. We remember him so very well because of strong screen presence. It is very difficult to make a mark when you have played character roles in movies where heroes are given most of the screen time. But, I think he did fairly well as an actor. Not sure why RK banner didn’t collaborate him into their projects.

DIDI, I have seen lot of movies of KAMAL G. I liked him the most in CHOR MACHAYE SHOR, DON, etc. etc. He was very versatile and doing villainy roles with energy. HIS speciality was his 'KANJI' eyes with the help of them, he was looking terrific. Thanks for this finest presentation.. 👍👍👍 👍

Remarkable Villian! 2 films in particular that I felt Kamal Kapoor left the audience in cold sweat as a villain were 'Paapi' and 'Deewar'. In 'Deewar' he had a very brief role at the start of the film as the ruthless factory owner. The manner in which he describes his henchman Bachan Singh's special ability to kill small children to Union leader (and father of 2 small kids) Satyen Kappu, still leaves a chill down the spine! What a scene that was! In O P Ralhan's 'Paapi' too KK stood out as the Murderous main Villian!
