As far as the eye and ear section...the tab says "oc/aud" meaning that one tab covers both sections. You don't have to make a separate tab.

What notes do you put in your book

I started a course a month ago and we received the 2017 edition. We just tabbed them and I'm wondering if my edition is still valid.

The CPT Manual is updated every year. 2018 brought MANY changes, especially in the radiology and cardiovascular sections. Prior to taking your Board Exam, you may want to invest in the manual that are current for that year (i.e. if you take it this year, invest in 2018 code sets). I am a Licensed and Certified Professional Coding Instructor, certified and Licensed by the AAPC.
