Traditionally, prawn noodles usully have some green sprouts and "Eng Chye". It taste better that way.

U shld try duck kway tiao dry style bro. Some duck stall offer kway tiao ( rice noodle) soak into the thick duck gravy sauce. Remember to add more chill into it😂

Ojisan, since now is sort of post covid, maybe you go to some town centres to feel the atmosphere and crowds just like pre covid times, I'm sure your backpack days you know too well. Show Japan and the world what Singapore is like now so happening and so pack in the heartlands. Perhaps tampines or bedok or woodlands or Yishun areas. Should be fun. And you do the favorite foods makan as usual. Thanks 🙏

Tq for sharing. The original 545 prawn noodle is in Whampoa Blk 91. When you go to Blk 91 Whampoa ,do try the Amoy Street lor mee too. Sumimasen! Thosai or Dosai is pronounced “tho say” or “doh say”. . According to my Indian neighbour. 😊 South Buona Vista Braised Duck at 81 Desker is an institution. Used to be very popular in the 1980s. Reviews still positive.

You could ask the duck stall to give you lesser rice. I always request for less rice :D That Dosa is dough with vegetables and curry, has no meat so you cannot compare with a Chinese dish of $3+ which will have meat lah😅
