Nikusa having high fever/flu is one I experienced years prior My skin is so hot that I'd recoil my hands away upon mere contact with my neck or forehead Trying to drink cold water was painful too, and it wasn't a pleasant thing to go through It took over maybe a week for it to go down and still left my body aching for a few more days
