Japan seems to have the very best in vending and quick stop snacks. I loved that first coffee machine. I'd probably spend a lot of yen there. Thanks guys!

Kira Andou I hope you get to go there and see the place! Its really nice and a coutnry id LOVE to live in! However, learn japanese (at least enough to speak it comfortably (pronunciation is VERY important) ) because english isnt really an alternative much of the time. However, many signs, timetables and pre-recorded messages at train stations are translated into English. However you cant rely only on english sadly. However, however ( ;) ) If you can communicate with the locals you'll have a much better time anyway. Good luck and have fun!

This was fun! Yes, do more driving videos! I love the vending machines. I was thinking how fun it would be to see the inside of the machines and how they work. Then, towards the end, there was the coffee machine that showed how it was working. It was like you read my mind! The snacks at the end looked so delicious. I had high hopes for the mochi cheese okonomiyaki, but it looked like the chive snack won the taste test. I'm sure it was delicious, too! It looks like something we get here at dim sum. Was that a tanuki on the paper wrapper for the okonomiyaki? Thank you for the video. It brightened my day so much! :-)

I remember seeing video of a similar coffee vending machine, that shows process of preparing, and it was funny, cause they've put differently coloured cups inside the machine, then it was shown in video, so it was obvious it's just a pre-recorded video. :D Great video, I do adore videos when you go out, so I'm all for more driving. :)

I've had the chive gyoza here at a dim sum restaurant. It was soooo good. It's fun to see the driving videos. I like seeing the area and the unique things you find. "Banana au lait" just sounds funny to me. I don't know if they were trying to sound English or French (or both) but either way it's actually incorrect lol. ("Banana au lait" basically means milk banana - as in a banana made of milk. Also banana in French is actually "banane" - pronounced "bah-nah-nuh".)
@TabiEats7 жыл бұрын
+offthesidelines yeah we have lots of these in Japan. Basically they know lots of English words but they also know cafe Au lait. So they mix it together :)
@offthesidelines7 жыл бұрын
TabiEats Cafe au lait is a real French term and it makes sense so I get that. But for banana milk it should actually be "lait au banane". :)
