You want to make sure the colors convey meaning and aren't just trying to make things pretty :)

wonderful but how can you hide button next to the text? and button dows not show properly when cells are merged

Sounds like you are using a pivot table, you can hide the buttons in the pivot table analyze tab in the ribbon

@@HowToAnalyst no i just merged 2 cells together and calendar button does not show in right of new merged cell instead it shows on right of cell which contains date. and i just turned 1 true to false and button no longer show up
