that is the point: i always forget to use my legs and waist :\ and i squeeze the abs/stomach and lean back...now I know what is the problem, thank you! I cant do BH loop with power, only the spinny slow shots (and a little bit high). But i dont know, how you can loop heavy backspin shots with this technique :O

Looping heavy backspin can be divided into two scenarios: For lower backspin balls that just barely come off the table, use a slow loop to create a higher arc for better stability. For slightly higher or easier backspin balls, lower your stance and raise your center of gravity during the moment of impact. Focus on using your body to generate upward force, while your wrist primarily snaps forward. My channel has plenty of videos with detailed explanations on looping backspin balls. That's why there is a FH to BH transition and must be practise in multibles so your body becomes familiar with it, with FH you return to your original grip.
