Thank you very much! I tried to include different technical elements applied in various situations. And, since the music was originally written for table tennis, I thought that it would be appropriate to use it here. :)

kroliknor how do you turn video into slow motion mode? Please let me know. Thanks.
@kroliknor6 жыл бұрын
I bought a camera that can shoot many more frames per second than usual (120 or 240 frames per second). Then, if I slow it down to 30 frames per second in a video editing program, I get the slow motion effect (4x or 8x slower). The first step is getting a high framerate camera (at least 60 fps, preferably more). Then, even a relatively simple video editing software (such as Vegas Movie Studio Platinum) will be able to transform this into a nice high quality slow motion video. If the camera does not have a high framerate mode, then no editing would turn the footage into good slowmo. I hope, this helps.

1:49 dead serve area for third ball attack So cool!

I was trying to pick different versions of his technique (for example, FH topspin combined with different steps). I wanted to include forehand attack against a shorter ball - this was the only one I found on my recordings. Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you liked the video. :)

@@kroliknor Thank you for those videos ! I will appreciate those videos from Xu Xin since he's my favorite TT player and i keep watching him to improve my game. I learn and get better in almost all of my hobbys trying to imitate my idols on something and when i started playing TT Xu Xin became one of them (i even pay attention to his grip to play like his style!). I will also love to see those killer short forehand jump attacks like Ma Lin used to do.

Thanks, very nice to hear. I used Sony RX100 Mark IV for shooting this video. It may be a bit processed as well (I don't remember anymore). I'll try to make more. I want to write more music for the new video too. :)

Very nice, but dont cut it in between points
@kroliknor7 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Do you mean "do not cut in a middle of a point"? When shooting at 240fps in the highest quality mode, the camera can only record 2 seconds of the action. Therefore, in the 240fps parts of the video I was focusing on the technique of single elements (for example, a forehand topspin and the corresponding footwork or just a single serve). I decided to use the unique capability of the camera to shoot at 240fps and capture the detailed technique of single elements. It is physically impossible to film an entire point (or a match) in this mode. I could only hope that my choice would make the video useful.
@glossary907 жыл бұрын
i see, so its because of the limits of the device. Is it your own personal footage then? edit: nvm i just read its yours. Keep them coming :)
