Hope you will find it interesting and insightful to learn how an Olympic table tennis player practices! Unfortunately, Benedek just missed a spot in this year's Games, but huge thanks to him for joining in on this video! 🙏 Go give Benedek a follow on Instagram: instagram.com/olahbenedek/ 🙌

I remember his footwork was not so good 3 years ago, but now it looks more graceful. He will also have to watch his diet because his upper-body mass is already a bit too unbalanced for his legs. Then I think he can reach the top-50 soon.

It's actually a crazy achievement to come from Seinäjoki, Finland, where no table tennis is played, and go pro. That's like some Nigerian guy becoming olympic cross country skier. His backhand is actually one of the best in the whole world.

Impressive shot-quality guys !!! Olah, is insane ! His masterful handskill is unparalleled, the weight he can produce behind a counter is ridiculous, which makes his shot extremely powerful. Very impressive transfer of weight from BH to FH at high speed with great precision. He certainly deserves to be amongst the TOP 20 in my view, obviously he needs to keep his weight down considering his muscle mass and height to achieve this, that is all ! Unbelievable. I hope he comes to the Austrian Open so I can shake his hand and watch him play, what an honor that would be. Thanks for the video, people will take notes !! Otto - what can I say !?!....
