Jared, these are great videos. I noticed a stylistic change in the videos where you cut away from the screen capture and do a piece to camera. I would recommend this approach to the beginning and ending of the video and maybe do a picture in picture throughout the video. I really like being able to look at the code while you explain the approach. I found myself looking at the exercise equipment in the background. This may just be my distracted nature. Great job on the videos!

Figured a couple days ago there is an easiest way when you have a this kind of situation. Instead of dragging the segue from the Cell to the new VC, just drag it from the VC (yellow icon above the vc) to the new VC (You can do this as much as you want). And there you are. From each cell just call performSegueWithIdentifier pass the segueID and done.

Do I have to drag an entire tableView to the storyboard for the one tableViewCell or can it work independently without the tableView? Thanks again!

Instead of creating a new Swift file and starting from scratch, you could go to: iOS -> Source -> Cocoa Touch Class Then make the file a "subclass of UITableViewController", then just add your file name :) tada you have the whole UITableViewController set up. (In the case of this tutorial, just delete the numberOfSectionsInTableView function OR make the function return 1)

you can add navigation controller to your table view controller by selecting the view controller then click Editor -> Embed in -> Navigation controller. so you won't need to drag and delete the table view controller attach to navigation controller

No, only Apple's clock icon can change. It's a locked API. You can use it but can't distribute it on the App Store, just cydia.

You Can make it different each time based on section int (example : somelabel.text = somestringarray[section]) I wrote you all the functions you need. You just need the data source ( strings, ints, whatever you wanna put inside the header , just make an array of that type and reference it like in my last example [section]) I literally wrote all the code you would need for something like your example.
