Hi, current year means we are getting 2017 to2020, and order date if we chose in datetrnc we are getting2016 to 2019 what it means? means 1 year difference how could we explain it...

Tableau ,sql skills are not suffecient to get shortlist in crrent market situation.without ETl and datawarehouse skills i think they are not picking up resumes.what to do rahul do we need to get trained on these skills as well?

Capgemini is worst company to apply for. I got selected HR round also done and accepted the offer HR offered but when i didnt get a call back from them for 1 week. I reached to them and they said salary you are asking is not approved!! Worst kind of hr process even after clearing the interviews they are not so good with the candidate!! So beware of giving interviews and waiting for it!!!

@@TechiRahul yes. This is for someone who is genuinely looking for opportunities. Do not waste your precious time while applying at capgemini!! Worst HR process and waste your time and dont ever depend on them even you received a offer they reject people!! Look for other opportunities there are so many good companies out there who respect our time!!
