Hi, I am preparing for my Tableau Desktop Specialist examination, and I have some doubts. I have heard that the exam happens on a VM (Pearson VUE)where Tableau Desktop is pre-installed, and you attend the exam in a browser. They also mention that you can query browsers for web pages without needing credentials, like accessing Tableau support and help. However, the official website states that using online materials is prohibited. I'm not sure what the correct information is. Could you please provide some clarification on this? It would be helpful. 😅

Hey, Thanks for reaching out. You can't use online material. It is prohibited. You have to download the Pearson VUE app to complete your verification. Need to submit your desk picture where you will sit, one selfie of yours and document verification. Then invigilator enables your exam, then you can take the exam. If you still have doubts, feel free to connect with me on topmate, link will be in description of youtube channel. Thank you

In the first question, i want to do small change in question. If user deselect in sub category filter then that filter should show 0. For example if i de-select table in filter, in the view it should show for table it should show 0

A filter is used to remove the values from the view. If we deselect any value, tableau automatically removes it from view. And if you want to remove it from view then there is no point to show 0 values. Because its actual value is not 0. It's just that we are selecting this value from view
