Hey, first of all it's a really nice video. I didn't get one thing why did you put AVG(Engagements) in rows while making Media Engagement sheet? Why not Media Engagement ? I think "Media Engagement" from Measures Value should have been in rows while making Media Engagement worksheet.

Hi Abhishek. I have been following your channel for quite some time and I think you have some really good content. If I may add one recommendation: perhaps focus on explaining why you do what you do for each of the graphs in more detail. I understand this might take more time but I can guarantee students will learn much more and it will automatically enhance your content quality. I might be wrong but it seems like you have a high volume of content. Maybe focus on the quality of explanation than the quantity of tutorials being uploaded. Thank you for all your help!

Thanks for your tutorial. I worked on the Tweet vs Detail Expand worksheet and couldn't display Hour(time) as yours. The hour of time only shows 2 values Null and 0. Can you advise how to fix this problem pls?

Hi I may be late, but to convert the time to hour you have to right click on the time field in data pane and change its data type to date & time. Hope it helps 😊

How can I retrieve data from 4 different social media channels ( Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter) using an API in Tableau ? Is it possible to do in such way ? Correct me if I'm wrong . 😥 What do you suggest ? Requirements : Dashboard tracking all 4 social channels and should get automatically updated with a refresh rate of 24 Hours. Appreciate your Assistance on this .

Hey the time field is not being read as the date on tableau. Values for time in the given dataset are as 2020-06-30 21:09 +0000 , but the tableau is not able to read it as Date. I tried to change the data type to Date but still when I dragged it to the view all I am getting is null value. Kindly help

You need to change it in Data Source. Just select Time column and change data type to Date & Time

As you have created calculated field just click on option for that calculated field then default properties>number format>percentage.
