This is obviously great video, but the calculation of Average Days to ship is not given. The correct formula is AVG(DATEDIFF('day',[Order Date],[Ship Date])), and it seems no one in the comment section get it right.

You need to create a calculated field with the following formula DATEDIFF('day',[Order Date],[Ship Date]) and choose measure Average after putting it in the Tooltip bar. It worked that way to me :)
