Considering that not only did he grow up in Canada (is still Canadian citizen) and major in English at Stanford, but also did accelerated dual degree, won many honours and writing awards, and had been one of the top students in English writing at a top American university (his book of short stories has quite a few of his award winning writings from his Stanford days), he has better English than most native born Americans put together. No offence to the people who are genuinely surprised and mean no harm, but it really bothers me when people whose English is probably half as good as his go: "Wow, I'm so impressed! He speaks real American English!" As if he isn't supposed to be able to do that just because he is Korean. Other than that, great to hear yet another epicness from Tablo.

I've only recently became a Tablo fan due to his and Haru's appearances on "Superman is Back", so his English in this video really surprised me. I've literally listened to every single Epik High song for all albums, including the ones in Eternal Morning, Fever's End, and Remixing the Human Soul. I'm a huge fan haha. Thanks for the suggestion though. Their english songs are really great but most of my favorites are in Korean. :( Notable ones for me are Fallen Blossoms, Pieces of You, and Amor Fati.

He has a high level of education. His educational background is stanford graduate school of English literature. I think with this scholar, He can write the amazing lyrics. It was a mix of soulful lyrics, and hip-hop beats. The lyrics are beautiful and the music is expertly crafted. Many people will think that the song lyrics were pathetically touching. That lyric and song still stuck in my head.

Tuan-Lac Do The meaning of that line basically means that he is missing his old girlfriend so much, it's like time is broken, and he is forever thinking about her, even when he wants to move on and forget her. "They say that time flies..." meaning once she is gone, you can forget her easily. "...but you keep breaking it's wings." meaning, since he can't keep his mind off her, he can never forget her.
