This shows a strange issue with TABS AI, when making a ranged unit you NEED to make is behave as a ranged unit, otherwise it does that backing up thing. I'm not sure to make hybrid ranged/melee units work right, of the ones I've made only a few of them work right, my Fynnpire unit in particular (part of a KZbinr faction of mine with 21 units, if this interests you look for the KZbinr faction made by AshenTycoon) has this issue really badly, despite having a bomb throw and a hammer for melee he almost never uses the hammer. It's why I don't like making hybrid units, they almost never work. Also the kick skills are just busted in general, the Taekwondo Kick in particular can send units flying. I'll be honest here and say that you're likely going to join Fynn, Blitz, Baron, GrayStillPlays and others Daley (thanks to your TABS content, being entertaining). I'm not sure how exactly to do you at the moment as I don't want you to be a reskin of Baron. The faction already has a (be)siege unit in Drae (though he's pretty much just as dangerous to his own team with his friendly fire), maybe a close-range shock trooper with a shotgun? I already have quite a few melee units in there and a fair number of ranged units, but outside of Rabb1t (not a typo, I'll let you figure that one out) there really isn't another mid-range unit. I don't really need another support unit in the actual KZbinr faction as those are more for the Subscriber faction which is basically a sub-faction (basically generic units for a possible campaign), plus Tim Pool does a good enough job as it is with his ability to heal and summon units.
