NCL offers it as a more expensive package. There's a beach package($89), and a beach and snorkel package($109).

I don’t believe so , but we didn’t venture outside of our beach area so I’m not completely sure. On google maps it looks like there are nearby restaurants along the beach but that would be at your own risk ⚠️ 😅

Yes but it is only in the restaurant/buffet area. It doesn’t reach to the beach 🏝️
