The guitarist is from Heathen, a Bay Area thrash band that was in the scene when Metallica moved to SF.

@@hmpz36911 Yeah, Lee Altus. Although I believe that the Metallica EP was almost entirely Jurgen Engler on his own (instrumentally), and there's essentially zero guitar on the EP. This track is fully synth based.

My apologies to the great band METALLICA but THIS SONG is best performed by Die Krupps. I got chills all over my body when I heard this performance! Cannot express what I feel ... I presume if I hear this song live I'll need medical assistance. :) Both bands are GREAT!
