Yes it´s live, Aerosmith has never done lipsync , always live! Stevens voice is so powerful and he mostly always hit his notes, either it´s high or low. This is the greatest rock band and also the greatest live band, they know what they are doing. They are using their own talents!

@MrUnknown07 Exactly right. People in general have no idea what goes into a live performance. Guitarists have guitar techs and they often run effects and pedals through the guitarists' rig so the guitarist doesn't have to tap dance on a pedal board if he's using more than one effect. Of course things like a wah needs the guitarists' input. Here Joe has a rotovibe running during the solo, but is also playing with a wah. Chances are the tech turned on the roto. Same with the vocals.
