Jim, you sure received an enormous load of nice tackle! I especially liked the Pop Max Mega Bass in white python. That guy looked scary! I hope it doesn't have same frightening effect on the bass that it had on me. Congrats on a very nice haul my friend!

@Cameron Smith I normally like to use it as a jig trailer or by itself on a football head and drag it. It's a great bait. I just started using the Yamamoto ones and used the Chomper ones in the past and put those on a standup head which worked good as well.

I have a question. With all these new orders of different baits, how or when do you find time to use them all of them with all the other mega loads of baits that you own? You can't possibly use them all, and what happens to the ones that didn't make the grade? I have watched a few of your videos on these unboxings and you have tons of baits. How long do you try to fish each one of these baits?

woosa42 It takes me longer to try out some baits more than others...it all depends on what the fish are biting on. I pick up stuff that I want to try and when conditions are right I use it.

Megabass is the best! I own a lot of their products from rods to hardbaits to soft baits and they are the best detail and quality you will find in the world imo. The vision 110 jerkbaits are the best there is! Pricey yes, but you get what you pay for. Flat out catches fish anywhere in the world! 👍

Sweet can't be a tackle junky and not get into the JDM gear lol. So I fish tourneys as a co-angler and was giving that rod quiver a look. How do u like it, how many rods can u carry in it comfortably and do your reels bang together when in it? Thanks man!

+JDsSportsRoom The Rod Quiver ain't bad, but you can only fit 3 or 4 combos in it and its even harder with spinning gear...but I only take a few combos to the ponds so it works for me. Definitely keep reel covers on your reels.

Where do you store your soft plastics? And by the way, what would you recommend for taking with me on pond trips? I usually take everything I own but some baits I never use due to the fact I am out there for a maximum of three hours. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

When my tackle is not in my boat I store them in 25 quart containers in my tackle room. Pond fishing I keep pretty simple. Normally a spinner bait and a worm will always work, Top water frogs is another bait I always do well with pond fishing. While pond fishing I don't like to walk around with tons of gear and over the years those few baits have always worked so that's what I bring.

You need to get yourself a channel Ray and I'll shout you out every week dude!! Thanks for your inputs on the lures. I haven't given much thoughts on rigging the Ikas. I was using the Dimiki Hydras, just Texas-Rigging those, tossing them around brush and what not. Guys were comparing the Ikas to the Hydras so I figured I'd give them a shot and rig them the same way. Jeremy was telling me a couple of different rigging options for them that I'll have to look up before I hit the water. Thanks for watchin bud!!
