I bought one of these last year on a crazy deal. $50! They advertise 370 Ft. pounds of torque and it will not even loosen wheel lug nuts that were originally torqued at 85 Ft. pounds. The quality looks very good but at least mine applies minimal torque. I do have a torque tester so I should test this Impact Wrench to determine the real applied torque. I haven't tried to disassemble it to see if I can fix it. I have purchased several other items from TACKLIFE and have been quite pleased.

Maybe you got a bad one? I have not had that issue and it works fine taking my tires off.

Update: this thing is pretty awesome. Had a tire shop air impact my lug nuts down to what had to be 200+ lbs torque, I literally had to stand on the end of lug wrench end and push down hard to budge them, I got out this 1/2 impact and it actually took them off easily. Really impressive. This thing for the price was an amazing pickup for me. 👍

Why did the impact stop working a couple of times while trying to remove the lug nuts? Faulty impact or just no good???

I didn't have the forward/reverse button switched all the way over to one side or the other.

Works great. As long as the sockets fit or you buy different ones, it is worth it.

@@FAMOUSSLICKRICK No, they are both fine. I mean if the size of the sockets that come with it fit what you need, then it's great or you have to go buy different size sockets to fit what you are using it on. Check the socket sizes first and make sure they will work for you.
