im iliganon for long, and i am waray born from samar. i had lived in bacolod sometimes on 2001 and went back in 2021.. Bacolod is better, well planned and almost no dead-end roads. Tacloban has many univerisities and plazas and park. so beautiful. but my heart both like Tacloban and Bacolod. but i love more Iligan city. Tacloban has huge potential to become super city. it is wide land and many access road. i find Bacolod as better than iloilo without megaworld. Bacolod is nice place.

Gee,sampung buwan na kalipas, this blog came back, well , I can attest Bacolod city’s skyline has change, I see in my eyes progress made the city one notched higher from other HUC, Rockwell Power plant mall will start shoveling, I’m afraid traffic will be a burden if they don’t develop the other alternative routes of the Main Street, with good road network the volume is still manageable, start developing SM Santa Fe, the museum/MassKara gym , city hospital from the outer areas, good luck to the city planners

True, I think Bacolod should now attract mga bpo community, property developer has stamp Bacolod city as their signatures expansion outside metro manila, negros is also good for logistic and supply chain sa Visayas region,, good roads and ports accessible sa Panay and Cebu, ang southern back door ang problema going sa Mindanao port of dapitan kaunti mga commerce activities .Kaya NIR will be a big boost sa Dumaguete.Seen a spikes of goods transport traveling back and forth between Panay, Negros, Cebu, Tacloban, sumisikip na ang ro/ ro transportation sa region,keep attracting works this time with emphasis on green environment and supply chain will do the trick

Malayo pa magkaroon ng High rise sa Tacloban.. High rise to skyscrapers buildings will only happen if Tacloban will have its own Central Business. But Central businesses will also only happen if Tacloban City will improve its quality for livelihood, infrastructure and business friendly environment. Iloilo mo nga nilampaso lng ng bacolod hahaha.palubog n iloilo mo.laos na.Real estate developers nyo last year 18 pa.ngayon 6 nlng.sila SMDC, Megaworld,Ayala, double dragon,Cebu Landmasters at Sta lucia nlng hahaha.while Bacolod from 3 ngayon 27 na and counting hahaha.sino b mag iinvest ng real estate sa maliit n city na anliit n nga puno p ng squatters at fishponds hahaha.
