Brendan Dever Micah did say _almost._ I can see where (s)he’s coming from. The idea is absurd, of course, but of all the mainstream fast food chains, Taco Bell would probably be the first ones to do something crazy like that. And Reviewbrah delivered it with such a confident straight face, I started to think that maybe he wasn’t joking. Once he mentioned the venom thing I knew it was a joke, but up until that point, he sold it really well. I didn’t totally fall for it, but he had me questioning myself, for sure.

I had the rattlesnake fries (not the burrito) without the meat last night. I really enjoyed it. The only negative marks I would give are that the meatless version cost the same as with steak, and a disproportionate number of the jalapeno slices on top contained stems. I've really been liking their fries. They treat the outside so it gets extra golden and crispy. Probably either an alkaline bath or a dusting of cornstarch. Either way, bravo.

Wurstküche actually has rattlesnake and rabbit (with jalapeño) sausages. Not a burrito, no fries (inside the burrito at least, but you can get Belgian fries), but they did the rattlesnake and jalapeño combination with actual rattlesnake.

If you pay close attention you'll notice that most of the time when Taco Bell or Jack In The Box come up with "new" food items, what they've really done is take items they already have in their kitchen readily available and slap them together in a new way then call it something catchy.
