Taco Bread With 2 Tasty Fillings | Veg Paneer Taco | Goan Sausage Taco | Taco Style Sandwich Bread

Add this recipe to your party starters & you will surely surprise your guess with this new Taco style sandwich. Easy bread recipe shaped into tacos with delicious veg and non-veg fillings that can be topped with mayo, cheese or any sauces of your choice.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
Paneer Filling:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Large Onion- Finely Chopped
1 Medium Size Tomato
1 Small Capsicum
½ Tsp Salt - adjust as per taste
1 Tsp Soya Sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp Schezwan Chutney - I used Ching’s
½ Cup Boiled Corn
200 gms Paneer - Cubes
Can Add Mayo or Grated Cheese too
Goan Sausage Filling:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Large Potato - Chopped like French Fries
2 Medium Size Onions - sliced
1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
1 Large Tomato - Sliced
1 Cup Goan Sausage meat - raw
¼ Cup Water if required to cook the meat
Adjust the Salt accordingly
Taco Sandwich Bread Recipe:
¾ Cup (150 ml) ml Warm Water + 2 Tbsp for kneading
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Dry Yeast - Used Angel Brand Yeast
2 Cups (270 gms) Maida / All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Soft Butter/ Oil
1 Tbsp Milk for milk wash
1 Tsp Butter for Brushing the bread once baked
1st proofing may take time depending on the climate to double in size 1 to 2 hours.
2nd Proofing 30 to 40 minutes or more Depending on the climate
Bake in pre-heated oven, 180 degrees centigrade for 20 to 22 minutes with both heating coils on, middle rack
