Totally agree with your opinions. The floor was disgusting. The service was shocking, not an apology for the length of time you waited. The food didn't look appealing at all. I went to Taco Bell in Glasgow not long after it opened, and like you guys, I was so disappointed, lacked flavour, and it was all very samey. I hope you enjoyed something nice to eat when you went home. Xx

Went to one a few years ago and the food was nothing special. Save your money and go to a proper Mexican restaurant. Or just have a chippy tea!

Tried taco bell in numerous cities and the 1 in blackpool is the worst ive tried , most are really clean ,think they just pt the dregs in blackpool .
