I don't know them both honestly, but I think SK's dirt was old news like 3.0 (aside from the CG war thing). While OTT's dirt are combined but mostly current ones in 4.0, I didn't know a lot of people left him but I kinda got the vibes when he was arguing with Raymond Romanov a couple of weeks ago in the Company. I kinda don't like the energy he brings to the group.
