3 inch exhaust will make you lose more, you gotta go back to stock tires and keep it under 2k rpm, I’m at 395 full tank but before I was at 277 just like you with my BFG KO’2 tires, sorry man but that’s the sad truth, I got the MBRP dual exhaust and I went from 22-24 to about 21.7 now after adding the exhaust, but it does sound great and I did gain some HP/torque

@@yota520 yeah i feel ya man! I miss my look and stance with my big tires, but I’m going for over 400 after fill up! My dual exhaust ain’t helping but damn it really does sound, feel, and look nice…so I think I’m gonna keep it

This should not affect your factory warranty as its just a new muffler and piping, but if you're worried giving your dealership a call before purchasing is always a good idea! -Zach

You’d be hard pressed to find a mod that will void factory warranty. I just bought my 2020 Tacoma yesterday and was sure to discuss this with the dealership. Long story short, they said (deep pockets) Toyota is the one that pays for the warranty parts and labor, we’re just the middle man, none of our techs will be trying to make this process difficult for you... They are all car guys as well. It won’t make a difference to them. From what I read, even if it did get back to Toyota they would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that your modification caused the warrantied part to fail.

Couldn’t install mine, bolts were way too rusty and I don’t have the money to invest in power tools. Ended up selling the exhaust system to someone for more then what I paid. Wasted time trying to install it but made my money back on selling it.

Bro I have a 2020 Tacoma and when I first got it it was that high till empty, as time went by I only get to 256 now.

Go back to your stock tires and keep it under 2k rpm then you’ll be getting 360-390 on a full tank

I had this exhaust but had to take it off. 2000 to 2500 RPM the drone was unbearable.

Don’t buy! Will not warranty for ANY rust. Read warranty docs very carefully. Had MBRP cat back single exit on my last truck. The muffler started breaking down after 6 months. (lots of rattling) Within 18 months I had rust holes at 2 pipe hangers and the clamps were very brittle from rust. If you must buy this, weld it. Won’t buy MBRP again.

I assume you went with the aluminum steel and not the 409 stainless steel?
