Life saver I got mine in today and was pissed the connection didn't fit didn't realize you have to take the bulb out and plug it there

Simple and sweet! Nice channel and Taco my friend! BTW…. When unscrewing the 3 tailight connectors, you can simply twist and turn the entire lightbulb connector-instead of pulling it individually-without the entire bulb essembly. So, in other words, it should only be 3 actions to twist bulbs out, and 3 actions to insert back in. Thanks for showcasing the taillights.. Just ordered!

I want to see the gap between tail light and tailgate part. I just got done installing 1/2" x 1/2" High Density weather stripping. I washed my truck before weather stripping install , and water had leaked behind that light. I triple checked EVERYTHING , clips and anything you can think of. Everything was tight as a drum but tail light would not line up flush like stock tail light. But I'm sure I won't have water leaking anymore. Love these lights but they are not designed for a OEM fit.

I’m not sure it matters? The only seal that matters is the one into the headlight enclosure itself. Water behind the tail light enclosure shouldn’t be a problem, but yes, these don’t fit as tightly as the OEM.

@@jessestone294 I got pulled over in my Subaru like the DAY I tinted my tails. they hit me with a CA state Ref because I didn't have a CAT and I had a Aftermarket Downpipe. So I'm scared to tint my tails.

Just put the jet black lights on my taco in CA too. I'm hoping they're ok since the black and white don't seem to have enough red on them unless they're turned on or the brake is pressed. Crossing my fingers...
