We ate A LOT in this second episode of the series around the US state of California. We visited an organic farm in Santa Barbara to learn more about the "farm to table" concept; we went to a brewery that, in addition to mixing fermented beverages with beer, also adds Brazilian touches to typical Californian dishes. We also tried a marrow taco and a whole duck, complete with head and neck. Come see, it's amazing!
At the invitation of Visit California, we produced this series of videos with a lot of gastronomy in the spaces of this North American state. There will be two videos on a general tour of the US state, a video just about Los Angeles, and a mega special video on fast food.
